Sponsor Agreement Form (online)

Dear Business Owner / Manager / Community Group:

The Fall Tune-Up Race, a cross country running event for all ages, was formerly a road relay held in late September / early October in Gibsons Landing from 2000 to 2005. This popular event has been a great success with all going home with a smile.

November 18, 2007 will be the eighth annual running of the race, in its second year as a cross country race in Porpoise Bay Provincial Park in Sechelt. Proceeds from this event go towards the completion of the track and field facility on the Sunshine Coast (the first track of any kind here), and local high school track and field and cross country teams.

The race is also an opportunity for local businesses / groups like yourself to increase recognition (both from local residents and out of town participants, i.e. tourists) by supporting our event.

Please read the sponsorship information below and consider how you can help us make this event a success again, while gaining some inexpensive advertising and community goodwill for your business.

Yours sincerely,

Teresa Nightingale
