Be a Volunteer!

Volunteers are needed to successfully run a cross country meet. If you would like to help with course marshalling (directing runners at turns, traffic direction), finish line & results, photography, food, awards and prizes, or site set-up and take-down, you will get not only our great appreciation but also refreshments and the opportunity to win a draw prize. Send us a message or call us at 604-885-8849 with your name and phone number and what type of tasks you prefer to do, and we will contact you. Or, show up between 8:30 and 9:45 on race morning and sign in at the volunteer table under the large gazebo at the far left of the grassy picnic area in front of the beach.
